AirSep Marine Diesel Genset Kit - (Closed Crankcase)

The Walker AirSep Genset breather is a smaller version of the time-proven Walker AirSep Closed-Crankcase Breathing Systems that are now standard equipment on most major makes of marine diesel engines.
It has proven its ability to eliminate diesel blow-by in the engine room, keeping it immaculately clean, while reducing oil consumption, eliminating noxious fumes, and improving air filtration and engine performance.

In addition, with its integral Air Intake Silencer, it helps reduce the air-intake noise long associated with most genset systems. Elimination of vented oil fumes in the cockpit and cabin is the benefit most commonly mentioned by users of this kit — since most boatowners are at anchor when running the genset, and the fumes can hang around.

The unit is designed for use on Onan, Westerbeke, KiloPak, Northern Lights, and other popular genset packages.
This breather can also be retrofitted on smaller 4-cylinder marine propulsion diesel engines with air consumption up to 350 cfm.
The filter elements are washable, and may be cleaned 3 - 4 times using the Walker air filter cleaning kit; see Accessory Products, below.

The kit includes all parts required for basic installation, however, some additional fittings and hoses may need to be obtained to complete the installation on your particular genset or engine.
