Pure sine wave power for your stereo, plasma screens, and other sensitive electronics. Motors and appliances run cooler, microwaves cook faster, clocks keep better time, etc. when run on pure sine wave current rather than modified sine wave.

The MS (MagnaSine) Series is designed for both mobile and off-grid applications. Competitively priced, the MS Series is available in 2000, 2800, and 4000 Watt models. The integral power factor corrected charger uses less energy from a generator than a standard charger – using 25-30% less AC current than non-corrected chargers.

These MS pure sine wave inverter/chargers are an easy upgrade from Magnum's ME or RD modified sine wave inverters, as they utilize the same platform, connections, and accessories.

• Automatic PFC (Power Factor Corrected) five-stage charging capability – Bulk, Absorb, Float, Equalize (requires remote), and Battery Saver™
• Accessible terminals for easy installation
• Inverter efficiency 87-89% (peak); charger efficiency 85%
• Over-current, over-temperature, and high/low battery voltage protection
• Battery temperature compensation with available battery post temperature sensor
• Remote and network ports (RS485) for easy connection to accessories
• Transfer relay capability (automatically senses availability of, and provides switching between, two separate AC power sources - typically utility grid or generator - and selects the proper one) - MS200: 30A single leg; MS2012: 2 legs @ 30A each for 120V/30A or 240V/60A service
• ETL listed to UL/cUL 458 for mobile use, and UL 1741 and CSA C22.2 #107.1-01 for off-grid installations (except MS2000 is not listed to UL 1741)
• Meets KKK-A-1822E standards for emergency vehicle use
• 3-year limited warranty

Note –
MS Inverter Chargers may be wired in several configurations for single or dual inputs, single or dual outputs, as well as 120V AC inverter or 240V AC pass-through options.
Refer to the Owner's Manual for further details. (See link, below.)

Part numbers that end with "-15B" or "-20B" indicate that the unit comes has two integral 15 or 20 amp AC branch-rated circuit breakers, respectively. They allow the inverter AC loads to be connected directly to the inverter’s output without requiring an inverter sub-panel.
All units without a "-xxB" part number suffix have no AC output circuit breaker and must have branch-rated circuit breakers installed in the inverter’s output wiring.

The MS2000 models come with a 30 amp transfer switch.
The MS2012 models come with a 60 amp transfer switch - so if you only have a 30 amp feed, the MS2000 is adequate - but if you have a 50 or 60 amp feed, you'll need order the MS2012.

AC Output Circuit Breakers (CB1 & CB2) – these circuit breakers are branch-rated and are only available on models MS2000-15B, MS2000-20B, MS2012-15B, MS2012-20B, and MS4048-20B.
They allow the inverter AC loads to be connected directly to the inverter’s output without requiring an inverter sub-panel.
These circuit breakers pop out when they open—press in to reset. They can also be manually pulled to disconnect the inverter’s loads.
