Seal Cement - Waterproof Contact Cement, Black, 4 oz. Can

A rapid bonding contact cement designed for quick repairs on all neoprene, latex, and similar material products.
Contact cements have the advantage of tacking and curing faster than other types of glue, making Seal Cement ideal for in-the-field repairs. Waterproofs, seals and protects against abrasion. A particularly important use for this product is replacing dry suit neck, wrist, and ankle seals.

Unlike AquaSeal, which is so strong that you have to cut away part of the drysuit when replacing a seal, Seal Cement is less tenacious and is strong enough to do the job, but allows for easier seal replacement next time around.
