AIT1500N2K - AIS Transponder with Built-in GPS & NMEA 2000

An easy to install Class B AIS transponder with plug ‘n play NMEA 2000 interface. Built in GPS antenna and ideal for use on smaller yachts and boats like RIBs and center consoles.

The AIT1500N2K presents a Class B AIS transponder equipped with an NMEA 2000 interface and an integrated GPS antenna for simplified installation. Its highly sensitive design allows for below deck mounting on GRP boats like small yachts, RIBs, and center consoles, reducing antenna clutter. It easily connects to your boat's electronics through a plug 'n play NMEA 2000 connection, drawing power from the NMEA 2000 backbone. Simply attach a VHF antenna (or utilize our SPL2000 AIS-VHF antenna splitter) to have a Class B AIS transponder at your disposal.

Upon installation, your AIS compatible plotter will display targets overlay and transmit your position every 30 seconds to other AIS users while in motion. For PC/MAC connectivity, there is a USB interface available, which can also be used for programming the transponder with your boat's specifics.

The AIT1500N2K is housed in a waterproof and durable enclosure, featuring 4 LED indicators to indicate the transponder's status.
