Double Thick 9099NA Paint and Rust Stripper - 4" x 1-1/4"

This one-piece pad/mandrel assembly attaches easily to standard household drill (1/4", 3/8", 1/2" chuck) for removing paint from wood and metal surfaces.

Features a double layer of Scotch-Brite abrasive web that will not rust or splinter like wire brushes.
The web is heavy duty, very coarse, and ideal as an aggressive paint and rust remover.
