PPS Disposable Spray Tips - for 3M HGP or HG18 Spray Guns

These economical tips are designed to be disposable, saving solvents and lessening atmospheric pollution.
They are cleanable for reuse, however. Furthermore, the atomizing heads are see-through, so you can confirm that they're clean when you reuse them.

Remove and replace the atomizing head on demand for the performance of a new spray gun. Any atomizing can be used on any Accuspray™ replaceable atomzing head spray gun.

The 1.4 mm atomizer is for use with thinner viscosity coatings like thin sealers, and topcoats such as enamels, varnishes, and polyurethanes.
It delivers exceptional results through excellent atomization, for high transfer efficiency and low overspray.

The 1.8 mm atomizer is suitable for medium viscosity fluids such as antifouling paint, barrier coats, gelcoat, primers, and more viscous fluids where higher atomization is important.

The 2.0 mm atomizer is suitable for texture coatings or very viscous fluids like glues, non-skid, truck bedliners, or automitive undercoating - where heavy texture is desireable.
It tends to produce a thicker, textured, or splattered finish.
