For welders using a variety of arc welding processes and amperages. The 9002X has clear optics and consistent shading across its entire large viewing area. A solar panel on front of the filter cassette helps power the unit, extending battery life to approximately 3000 hours. Increased detector sensitivity provides reliable switching for a wide range of welding methods, even extremely stable arcs like those from TIG inverters at low amp settings. A delay function lets you select how quickly the filter changes from dark-to-light.
