BE-10 Tychem Hood - Size 10 (3)

This lightweight, Size 10, fabric, comfortable respirator hood helps provide respiratory protection for a wide range of applications.

It is used with 3M™ Air-Mate™ and Breathe Easy™ Powered Air Purifying Respirators (PAPRs), as well as 3M BE-Series Supplied Air Hood Systems.

An upgrade from this hood to the newer 3M S-Series of Hoods would be the S-403S Economy Hood (Small/Medium)
(S-Series Hoods cannot be used with the Air-Mate PAPR.)

Powered Air Purifying Respirators (PAPRs) are motorized systems powered by a battery pack which draw air through a filter or cartridge to provide respiratory protection to the wearer.
The blower unit can be mounted on the waist, face, or head, depending on the system selected.
