100 mm Long Liner Wani-Block - V-Groove

This Long Liner WaniBlock has been redesigned to improve its strength by integrating the structure of the sheave shaft and main body.
Extra strength is added by the protruding rib supporting the block hanger.

The edges of the sheave in this block fit into recesses in the cheeks to eliminate the possibility of the line getting jammed.

This Wani-Block is offered with a v-groove for wire rope.
It can be used in combination with other Asano rigging hardware such as their Jaw x Jaw Swivel, etc.).

• Material - SCS11 (SUS329J1) special dual-phase stainless steel - selected for its high strength and abrasion/corrosion resistance
• Sheave pin, sheave pin nut, M8 hex socket bolt - SUS304 (304 SS)
• Dual stainless steel bearing races with rubber seals - see image

Two metric hex wrenches - 6mm and 10mm - are required to disassemble this block.
