Description
The edges of the sheave in this block fit into recesses in the cheeks to eliminate the possibility of the line getting jammed.
• Dual bushings in the sheave facilitate smooth rotation
• Sheave pin is tightly fixed through crimping to prevent loosening during use
• Forged swivel for increased safety
• Dual stainless steel bushings (one on each side) with rubber seals - see image
Material - SCS11 (SUS329J1) special dual-phase stainless steel - selected for its high strength and abrasion/corrosion resistance.
Swivel, swivel pin, sheave pin, becket bolt, becket collar - SUS304 (304 SS).
