100 mm Daruma BlockType PB V-Goove Sheave

This snatch-style Daruma block is equipped with a V-groove sheave developed for use with wire ropes. (Note that the V-groove in this sheave is not as pronounced as the V-groove in the 100mm Long Liner Wani-Block.)
This 100mm Daruma block is also available with a traditional fiber rope U-groove sheave by special order. Please inquire at 800-426-6930.

The entire circumference of the sheave in this block fits into recesses in the cheeks to eliminate the possibility of the line getting jammed.

• Material - SCS14 (equivalent to 316 SS)
• Sheave - SCS1(Equal to SUS410 - higher strength than 304 SS)
• Sheave pin/Swivel/Swivel pin/Toggle pin/Stopper pin - SUS304 (304 SS)
• Dual stainless steel bearing races with rubber seals - see image
• Refer to the accompanying enlarged image for set-screw feature designed to prevent the axle nut from loosening during use
• Refer to the accompanying enlarged image for groove feature preventing the toggle clevis pin securing the head from falling out by accident, as well as a provision for securing the toggle pin
• Block requires a metric hex wrench for disassembly - see Spec Table

NOTE — The Working Load Limit provided only applies to the block, the becket is weaker.
