150 mm Tough Hanging Roller Block Type II, Swivel

This re-engineered version of the Tough Hanging Roller Block has an especially wide throat opening (approx. 3-3/8"W x 4"H) to allow smaller rigging fittings, like snap hooks, to pass without getting caught during hoisting.

Furthermore, the upper edges of the sheave are recessed into the cheeks to prevent the hoisting line from jamming.

• Dual bushings in the sheave facilitate smooth rotation
• Sheave pin is tightly fixed through crimping to prevent loosening during use
• Forged swivel for increased safety
• Dual stainless steel bushings (one on each side) with rubber seals - see image
• Grease fitting in the swivel facilitates maintenance (Requires a grease gun with a nozzle size that is smaller than the inner diameter of the lubrication port.)

Material - SCS11 (SUS329J1) special dual-phase stainless steel - selected for its high strength and abrasion/corrosion resistance.
Swivel, swivel pin, sheave pin - SUS304 (304 SS).
Grease nipple - SUS303.
