Medium HD Lipped Dock Bumper - 7-1/2" for Boats to 45 ft

Similar to C Marine's flat backed bumpers, these bumpers bolt to the vertical facing of the dock, but they have an added lip which overlaps the top surface of the dock.
The smooth, urethane foam bumper will not puncture or collapse, and the solid foam interior means there is no change in performance if the bumper is cut or punctured. The smooth surface skin is produced by the molding process, and is the same urethane as the interior foam.
These durable bumpers are internally reinforced by a tough PVC backbone, chosen for its high impact strength. The PVC backbone is molded right into the bumper, and structurally adheres to the foam during the molding process.

The lip model bumper is designed to cushion both the face and top edge of the dock. It can also be mounted "upside down" on the bottom edge of a dock.
The lip is approximately 1-1/2" high, and you should note that this can present a potential tripping hazard in some situations. The lip leaves about 6" of bumper covering the face of the dock.
Bumpers in this 7-1/2" height are suitable for cushioning vessels up to approximately 45 feet in length - suitability can be affected by the vessel's displacement.
