Description
Carbo AirBlocks® are 60% stronger and 30% lighter than Harken's classic series, designed especially for the racer looking for higher strength to lower weight ratios.
Use for main/jib sheets, mainsheet fine-tune, control lines, vangs, Cunninghams, outhauls, etc.
• Long fiber, glass reinforced nylon resin sideplates
• Ball bearings, sheave and sideplates are UV stablized for maximum protection
• Cam-Lock or U-Lock locking systems to lock the shackle in front or side positions, or swivel to keep line from twisting
• Cams release easily under load - perfect for mainsheet systems on sport boats like Melges 24s, J/105s and Henderson 30s
• Breaking load is 3 times safe working load, except single blocks w/cam is 2.5 times SWL
• Note: for blocks equipped with cams SWL and BL are based on cam strengths
