The IC-M25 EVO represents an enhanced iteration of the highly acclaimed IC-M25 floating VHF marine handheld transceiver. This model features an upgraded grip texture for improved handling and larger buttons for more convenient operation. Additionally, it incorporates a new Eco Mode that significantly conserves power, enabling approximately 14 hours of usage, which marks a 30% enhancement. Furthermore, it includes a standard USB Type-C™ charging port. The IC-M25 EVO maintains its compact and lightweight design, along with the industry-leading Float'n Flash™ and submersible characteristics.

Float’n Flash™
If the IC-M25 EVO is accidentally dropped into water, it floats, flashes, and emits an alarm, reducing the risk of loss during water activities. Icom has led the marine handheld radio industry with this technology since the introduction of the IC-M33 in 2006.

The IC-M25 EVO is built for practicality, featuring an improved side grip texture for a secure, anti-slip hold even with wet hands. Enlarged user-friendly buttons ensure easy operation for channel navigation.

Power Saving Eco Mode Realizes 14 Hours Operation
The IC-M25 EVO offers up to 14 hours (Typical operation with Tx (Mid): Rx: Standby=5:5:90) of extended operation with its power-saving Eco Mode. By reducing transmit power to 2.5 W, the operating time increases by approximately 30% compared to the standard 5 W output. This long battery life makes it ideal for your adventures.

Two Color Selections
The IC-M25 EVO has two color options: Black or Marine Blue. You can choose one to match your style and adapt to different operating conditions. Whether you prefer the versatility of Black or the high visibility of Marine Blue, these choices ensure both functionality and style on the water.

USB Type-C Charging Port
Adopting a USB Type-C™ port, which is commonly used worldwide, it charges the battery pack in approximately three hours. Additionally, charging with portable batteries* (user supplied), provides added convenience and mobility. USB PD is not supported.

AquaQuake™
The AquaQuake™ draining function prevents audio degradation from a water-logged speaker. This function removes water from the speaker grill by vibrating the speaker cone. Even if you get splashed by rain or waves, you can quickly restore the clear audio with AquaQuake™.
