SSB Folded Dipole Antenna - 80 ft Long

Although designed for land-based operations, this collapsible High Frequency Antenna may have applications onboard larger ships - especially as an emgergency or temporary antenna.

This antenna is ideal for setting up temporary remote location stations, and from user reviews, seems to do the job quite well - even when hampered by canyon walls and heavy timber. Performance is rated as good to very good, but not brilliant.

With the ICOM AH-710 pre-assembled Folded Multi-Band Dipole Antenna you can cover all amateur bands and operate with up to 150 watts.
Designed to work with any ICOM amateur HF transceivers, including their marine transceivers, the AH-710 antennas can be installed in flat top or inverted V configurations.
