Power Cord for 3/8" 12V DC LED Rope Light

This power cord allows you to connect 3/8" LED rope light to a LOW voltage AC power source. The cord has a built-in AC to DC rectifier to supply DC power to the rope light.
A typical application might be exterior AC deck lighting where, for safety purposes, the lights are run at 12V DC rather than 120V AC.

The power scenario would be: 120V AC Generator > Onboard Step-Down Transformer > 12V DC Bus Bar > ILMDL-CON12V-L6 Rectified Power Cord > 12V DC power for LED Rope Light.
A 24V version of this power cord (ILMDL-CON24V-L6) is available by special order.

Unscrew the compression end fitting and slide it over the rope light.
Insert the 2 pins on the power cord into the rope light, making sure they line up with the wires in the rope light.
Slide the compression fitting down to the power cord, and screw down tight.
Connect the bare wires at the power source end to your 12V DC bus bar.
