1673 Series Flexible Impeller Pedestal Pumps

The 1673 is a compact general purpose, flexible impeller pump with moderate flow rate and horizontally oriented ports
Flow rate: Nominal 40 Liters/min (Size 40); 8.9 gallons/min at 1500 rpm.
Self-priming from dry up to 2.4m (7.8 ft).

These Jabsco pedestal mount corrosion resistant bronze pumps are ideal for engine cooling, washdown, circulation and many general purpose on-board or dockside applications.
The bronze or stainless steel shaft is installed with permanently lubricated ball bearings for long life and heavy duty service.

Self-priming to 8 ft, with the ability to operate in either direction at variable speeds.
Most models have replaceable cams and wearplates for extended product life and total pump overhaul.

The difference between the 1673-1001 pump and the 1673-2001 pump is the water seal used.
The 1673-1001 uses a JAB 92700-0060 lip seal, while the 1673-2001 uses a JAB 96080-0080 mechcanical seal.
Everything else about the pumps and service kits is the same – but they do have different service kits.
