Description
The strength of new high tech rope tends to reduce line diameters for similar strengths. This compromises comfort and efficiency when trimming. It is difficult to pull hard on a small diameter line without getting one's hand crushed!
The Karver 'Jaws Handle' enables you to be able to pull on a line that is already under load.
To release the line from the cleat, simply bend your wrist.
The Karver 'Jaws Handle' can easily be used to trim a mainsheet, or a spinnaker sheet, or control lines on larger yachts.
APPLICATION
• Stopper during an emergency manoeuvre when there is an over ride on the winch.
• Hold a halyard that is stuck, or set up a system to trim the spinnaker sheet (or any sheet).
• Free up a winch when striking a sail.
