Double navigation lights provide functional redundancy and are required on certain commercial vessels.

All horizontally mounted Lopolight fixtures come with their "K-Lock" twist-lock mounting system which features a variety of mounting base options to which the actual light fixture attaches.
The "Standard Base" is a 20mm high black plastic disc.

K-Lock Pro-Mount machined aluminum bases function as waterproof junction boxes for connecting user-supplied cables to horizontally-mounted Lopolight navigation lights.
K-Lock is a twist-lock system that connects a horizontal mounted light and base together with a 1/4-turn. The assembly is then secured with a stainless steel set-screw and is waterproof to 50 meters of immersion.

This 5 NM horizontal mount Double Masthead Light for 20-50m vessels, comes standard with a 52.5mm (2.07") high machined aluminum #400-034 Pro-Mount Base. Also included are a 5-pin Cable Terminal Block, and an optional #400-404 black HDPE plastic Mounting Plate for additional mounting scenarios.
The 400-034 Base has (2) each, M20 (1/4"-1/2") watertight side and bottom cable ports and glands. Additionally, two (2) each M16 (5/32"-3/8") glands and adapters are included. Two (2) M20 watertight plugs are included for the unused gland ports.
Alternatively, this light can be special ordered with a #400-035 Pro-Mount base, which has (4) M16 bottom cable ports and no side ports. (It includes (2) M16 glands and (2) M16 watertight blanking plugs.)

Note – in the image shown, the base is rotated to show the side cable glands with blanking caps; these would typically be positioned at the rear of the fixture.
