It is temperature compensated, with resettable needle pointer used to mark the changes in pressure.

The dial displays in inches of mercury (27.5" - 31.5") and kilopascals (93.2 - 106.7).
The Proteus is designed with cut window to reveal the heirloom-quality French movement.
The Proteus is a fully self-contained instrument that requires no external sensor or power supply.
