Extremely Low Self-Discharge: The dormant/self-discharge rate of Pale Blue batteries is extremely low. This is one of the advantages of a lithium-ion battery with an internal control circuit vs. an alkaline or Ni-MH battery, where the cell discharges directly into the device (with no control circuit).
