D-Splicer Splicing Kit (2 mm - 4 mm Line)

D-Splicer is a range of specialized rope splicing needles for sailors and riggers. They are specifically designed for use with modern synthetic fibers and rope constructions, in particularly small line sizes where conventional fids and splicing needles don't work.
The D-Splicer is sold as a kit, with a single handle and interchangeable needles. These needles are different from the D-Splicer needles which are sold individually.

Individual D-splicer needles are also available as a single needle with a permanently fixed loop-style handle (the needle part cannot be removed nor replaced). See Related Products, below.
• Suits lines from 2 mm (1/16") diameter to 4 mm (5/32") diameter
• Ideal for making 'soft shackles'
