Description
This swivel base cleat permits easy cleating and releasing from any angle. It is used for many control line applications on everything from dinghies and catamarans to larger racing yachts.
The dead eye fairlead has a stainless steel liner for low friction and longer life.
The cleat plate is thick gauge aluminum for minimum distortion under load.
The swivel rotates 360°.
