Tilt-Up Mounting Bracket

This bracket allows you to tilt your downrigger up to a vertical position - making it less vulnerable to damage when it is not being used, and also bringing the weight and line release close inboard for convenience and saftey — so you don't have to lean way out over the water while working with the gear.

The 1023 Tilt-Up bracket is supplied with all Scotty electric downriggers, and all Longarm and Strongarm manual downriggers (1080 and 1090 series).
It cannot be used with Scotty Compact Manual Downriggers - Depthmaster (1050) or Depthking (1060), nor with the Laketroller manual downriggers (1070 series) - which use the 1010 Quick-Slide and 241 Deck Mount, respectively.

In turn, the 1023 Tilt-Up bracket attaches to these popular Scotty mounts — the 1025 Right Angle Side Gunnel Mount, the 1026 Swivel Mount, the 1027 Rail Mount, the 2027 Stanchion Mount, and the 1058/1029 Gimbal Rod Holder Mounts.
