The sure stop effectively disables the automatic stop feature of your electric Downriggers at a consistent location each time. The tuna cord ensures a firm grip for your self-locating snap and is gentler on your hands when retrieving your equipment to the boat. The Scotty Snubber mitigates shock, offers electrical insulation, and aids in reducing the likelihood of snags (models 377 & 378).

A stainless steel split ring is included to prevent your 3025 weight retriever from detaching from your cable (3025 sold separately, see related prodcuts below). Additionally, tubing has been incorporated to safeguard against abrasion in areas subject to high wear.
