Jaw to Jaw Turnbuckle

These premium Jaw & Jaw Turnbuckles are designed for adjusting the tension and/or length of ropes and cables. They feature two threaded bolts that are screwed into either end of a metal body, with one bolt having a left-hand thread and the other a right-hand thread. The tension can be modified by rotating the body, which allows both bolts to be adjusted in or out simultaneously, without twisting the bolts or the attached cables. All thread sizes and wire rope dimensions now meet U.S. standards and are compatible with most other U.S. manufacturers. The model 185105 is equipped with 5 mm metric threads. Manufactured in Europe from corrosion-resistant machined AISI 316 stainless steel, it boasts an electropolished bright finish. Turnbuckles should be lubricated prior to their initial use and on a regular basis thereafter. Additionally, they should be rinsed with fresh water regularly and examined for any signs of damage, such as bent terminals or cracks at the thread roots or ends. End fittings must be inspected to ensure unrestricted universal movement.
