5" Oval Folding Cleat - Black PVD

This oval folding cleat incorporates a positive locking feature with audible click into the open/closed positions for easy rigging. Accommodates up to ½” line. Low profile ergonomic design makes for smooth, sleek appearance when closed limiting trip hazards. Constructed of corrosion resistant investment cast 316 stainless steel. Surface mounted: no cut-outs or hole saws required. Installs with two ¼-20 through bolts (not included). Available in a highly polished or black PVD finish.

PVD coated is not powder coating. PVD deposits atomized metal onto a surface inside a vacuum chamber, creating an ultra-hard, thin metallic layer. Powder coating applies electrostatically charged dry paint that is then heat-cured into a thicker polymer surface.
