Sikaflex® 505 UV Hybrid Adhesive/Sealant

Hybrid sealants are an integration of Sika's high-performance polyurethane and silicone sealant technologies. They are often referred to as Silane Terminated Polymers (STP).
These technologies create a hybrid sealant that has both the durable and paintable properties of a polyurethane sealant, while also having the superior weathering and UV resistance of a silicone sealant.

Sikaflex® 505 UV is a one-component silane terminated polymer (STP) adhesive with excellent UV and weathering resistance, and excellent adhesion to a wide variety of substrates.
505 UV provides excellent adhesion to a wide variety of substrates, including aluminum, steel, glass, marble, wood and many different types of plastic.
