GX IO-Extender 150

The GX IO-Extender 150 improves the input and output (I/O) functionalities of a GX device, facilitating smooth integration with extra sensors, controls, and external devices. It connects through USB, which also acts as its power supply, offering a straightforward and effective expansion solution. The device can be managed using Node-RED on the GX device, in addition to the Switch pane within the user interface.

• Eight digital I/Os, which can be configured as either 8 inputs, 8 outputs, or a combination of 4 inputs and 4 outputs.
• PWM output is available for applications requiring precise control.
• Two latching relays are included for low-power switching.
• A solid-state relay (SSR) is provided for the high-speed switching of DC loads, which may be resistive, capacitive, or inductive, such as the coil of a high-power contactor.
• Pluggable spring terminals facilitate quick and secure connections.
• System is configurable through Node-RED, allowing for straightforward automation and custom logic.
• Please note that the digital inputs are limited to a maximum of 5 volts. If a higher voltage is necessary, an external device must be utilized.
