Brass Yacht Lamp with Black Bonnet

The Brass Yacht Lamp featuring a Black Bonnet is constructed from solid brass and has a black matte upper section. It is designed in the style of a classic miner’s lamp. The design incorporates venting holes located at the top of the bonnet and a mesh screen within that disperses gas from the flame, thereby preventing the accumulation of gas, a critical feature for early miners who faced the danger of explosions in airless underground tunnels. The flame, enclosed in glass, remains lit even in hurricane-force winds, provided the fuel source is intact.
