A 2" round conical pull-up cleat with a solid feel to it. More than just a fender cleat, this is the small versatile cleat, or tie-off point, you have always wanted. It is easy to operate and does not clutter your deck when not in use. Easy to install in a 3/4" mounting hole.
• Can be installed horizontally or vertically
• Spring-loaded, pull and twist to open

• Fits ropes up to 1/2" dia.
