6" x 264" (22 ft) 777F Cubitron Blend Cloth Belt - 180YF (10 per Box)

These belts are constructed with a premium blend of the extremely durable, synthetic ceramic grain Cubitron and premium aluminum oxide, coated on a YF-weight, water resistant polyester cloth backing.

Their primary applications are in metalworking, typically in backstand and benchtop installations.
Typical substrates include aluminum, brass, bronze, carbon steel, cobalt steel, copper, hardened steel, nickel alloy, stainless steel, and titanium.
Typical applications include blending, deburring, descaling, finishing, intermediate finishing, mill scale removal, radiusing, shaping

How to Measure a Sanding Belt
Abrasive belts are always sized Width x Length (circumference).

To measure the Width of the belt:
1) Lay the belt on a flat surface and measure the width.

To measure the Length of the belt:
1) Make a small mark on the inside of the belt with a pen or marker
2) Make a corresponding mark on a large flat surface, benchtop or floor
3) Slowly roll the belt through a full rotation until the mark on the inside of the belt is once again touching the flat surface
4) Make a mark on the flat surface where it touches
5) Measuring between the 2 marks will give you the length of the belt

A little more about Cubitron:
Cubitron particles are somewhat less sharp than aluminum oxide, but they are harder and wear down more slowly.
The 777 Series blend of both minerals results in a belt that provides faster cutting and extended life compared to a traditional premium aluminum oxide belt.
The Cubitron also provides a more consistent scratch pattern throughout the life of the belt.
Cubitron is especially suitable for high heat applications such as working on tough metal substrates - like stainless steel or cold rolled steel.
