6" C/S Back-Up Pad Hook Saver - for Yellow or Purple C/S Pad (MMM 05551, MMM 05865 & MMM 20425) (25 Holes)

This is a semi-disposable, thin (1/8") interface pad designed to prolong the life of your more expensive Clean Sanding Hookit Backup Pad.

With constant attaching and removing of discs, the hooks on your backup pad begin to wear out.
You can protect the surface of your expensive back-up pad by using these less expensive sacrificial "hook savers.".

Note that while these Hook Savers were developed to preserve the hooks on the face of expensive, laser cut Clean Sanding Backup Pads, they can be used as Hook Savers on ANY backup pad, solid, dust free, or clean sanding to preserve the hooks on the pad.
