These Scotch-Brite LGB discs with the familiar Roloc TR threaded plastic button are durable, non-woven, Cubitron™ abrasive products used for light grinding and blending applications.
Use them on carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, etc.
Refine grindlines, blend welds, prep surfaces for painting, use for light deburring.
Using the heavy duty maroon disc you can go from a 36 grit scratch to commercial grade paint ready in a single step, on cold rolled steel.
The super duty blue disc is aggressive enough to soften and refine a weld, with out the need for preliminary grinding.
They provide a Scotch-Brite™ burr-free finish.

The synthetic Cubitron abrasive used in these discs is incredibly hard, lasts longer than aluminum oxide, and is particularly resistant to heat — making it especially suitable for grinding applications.

These discs are available in two grades — Heavy Duty A Coarse (CRS) and Super Duty A Coarse (CRS).
