3" Scotch-Brite Conditioning Disc Backing Pad

These Hookit™ disc pad holders are typically used with electric drills.
Scotch-Brite Surface Conditioning Discs attach to the face securely with moderately aggressive Type 170 Dual Lock™ mushroom hooks (3M Hook Type 5) which fasten to the relatively coarse, "high loft" loops on the back side of the SB discs.

Being very rigid, these disc backing pads are recommended for use on flat surfaces.
