If access from below is not possible, optional top mounting backing plate with threaded inserts slips through the cut-out and allows easy installation from above the deck. Please note that this does NOT include the cleat - this is just the backing plate.
• Sealed base eliminates need for a waterproofing cup
• Cleat can be drained via 1/2" tube and optional fitting inserted in cleat base
