Description

Pop-Up cleats come with a standard backing plate which is meant to be installed below deck. If underdeck access is not possible, these Top Mount Backing Plates can be installed from above deck.

• Made of highly polished type 316 stainless steel
• Available in four sizes
• Mounting hardware required (not included): 4 bolts each 3/16" - 4-1/2 cleat; 1/4" - 6" & 8" cleats; 5/16" - 10" cleat
