Thru-Bolt Folding Cleat - 4-1/2" (1/2" Max Line)

These folding cleats mount on the surface of the boat. No cut-outs or hole saws required. Just drill two holes with standard drill bits for the mounting screws.

The cleats lock down when not needed, and spring up when the trigger is activated. No drain tubes or drain receptacles required. They do not leak into the boat.
The smaller 3-1/2" and 4-1/2" sizes in this series are activated by a sliding lock on the top of the base.
