Multi-substrate Rapid Production Epoxy Primer for superior corrosion resistance
RP Hull Primer is a two-part, high solids epoxy primer with superior corrosion resistance on aluminum and other metal substrates developed for rapid production process.
• Offers excellent adhesion, durability, and corrosion resistance on aluminum substrates
• Easy to use with simple mix ratio and excellent leveling properties for optimal topcoat appearance
• Can be used as a surfacing or sealer primer, where high build and filling is required
• Consistent application in wide environmental conditions
• Short overcoat times for process time improvement
• VOC compliant (depending on reducer)
• VOC (RTS): <3.5lbs/gal (dependant on reducer)
• Mix Ratio: 3:1 by volume
• Theoretical Coverage: 814.8 ft²/Gal @1.5 mil DFT - 100% transfer efficiency
• Shelf Life: Base - 2 years, Converter - 1 year
• Overcoat Times: 10 minutes with RP Hull Primer
