Alternator Temperature Sensor - 6-1/2 ft

Use these temperature sensors with Balmar Max Charge multi-stage alternator voltage regulators: MC-412, MC-424, MC-614, MC-618, MC-620, MC-624 and ARS-4 regulators - which have input terminals for them.

While not expressly required, alternator and battery bank temperature information allows the regulator to maximize charging efficiency as well as limiting output and preventing damage during potential overheating situations.

NOTE – In 48 volt installations using Balmar's 96-Series high-power output alternators, the use of the Alternator Temperature Sensor (MC-TS-A) is required.

• The ARS-4 regulator only uses the alternator temperature sensor
• Alternator temperature sensor (MC-TS-A) harness is offered in a choice of 54" (4-1/2 ft) or 80" (6-1/2 ft)
• Battery temperature sensor (MC-TS-B) harness is offered in a choice of 20 ft or 30 ft
