1" wide weather-resistant polypropylene webbing and heavy gauge zinc plated hardware. Hooks to the trailer, over the boat and back down to the trailer. Tightening buckle in the center.

• Captive "J" hooks on each end
• Self-tightening easy-lock over-centering buckle with a hook & loop pad to protect surfaces and secure loose ends
