• For high-powered engines with 4" or 5" intakes (6" by special order)
• Low restriction for maximum cooling water flow
• No inside tie rods
• Cover unscrews for easy filter basket cleaning
• O-rings seal all mating surfaces
• All SE models can be converted to Hydromatic® (self-cleaning) operation
• 304 stainless steel fine mesh filter basket (0.077" holes) is standard, (Monel and Medium (0.125") & Coarse (0.188") Mesh SS baskets available by special order)
• "Corrugated" filter basket design increases filter capacity
• Bronze flange adaptors are available for connecting strainer to existing pipe or hose (See GRO F-4000/5000 - Accessory Products, below.)
• Basket and strainer body have replaceable zinc anodes for corrosion protection
