Jim Buoy's top-of-the-line JBSO-30 is for general applications.
The heavier 9 lb JBSOH-30 is usually not thrown, but is used in conjunction with launching systems when attached to overboard poles, self-activated lights, smoke signals, etc. where its extra weight helps launch the other devices.
• Very durable, vinyl coated nylon over rigid urethane foam
• Hidden rope nut makes replacing rope easy
