These 2020V Turbine service filter elements are designed for the new "V-Series" 1000FV (industrial/commercial), 1000VMA (Marine - Heat Shield) and
1000VMAM (Marine - Metal Bowl) Turbine Fuel Filters.
These service filters are backward compatible with previous 1000 turbine filter models.
Their third generation Aquabloc® Synergy media is designed for the best filtration available to meet today’s fuel challenges for modern electronically controlled,
common rail high pressure injection diesel engines.

Note: Old (2020xx-OR)and recent (2020N-xx) service filter part numbers will not work in the new FV, VMA, or VMAM housings.
The new 2040V part numbers are, however, backward compatible with previous turbine fuel filter models.
How often should Racor filters be changed?
A good rule of thumb is to replace the fuel filter element every 500 hours, 10,000 miles, every other oil change, yearly, or when power loss is noticed, whichever comes first.Specifications
