CAM400 HD Mini Day / Night IP Marine Camera with AR200 Sensor

The CAM400 represents a robust, permanently installed marine IP camera engineered for comprehensive monitoring in both above-deck and below-deck environments. This device has been specifically designed to integrate seamlessly with Raymarine Axiom and Axiom 2 chartplotters, offering deployment flexibility as either an independent camera unit or as a component within a multi-camera surveillance network. This architecture enables adaptable monitoring capabilities and viewing access across multiple connected displays and networked devices.

The CAM400 serves multiple operational functions, including assistance during close-quarters maneuvering, surveillance of blind spot areas, crew and passenger observation, and reinforcement of vessel security measures. Equipped with integrated infrared illumination technology, the CAM400 ensures consistent image quality across diverse lighting conditions, including daylight, reduced light environments, and complete darkness.

The CAM400 delivers expansive wide-angle high-definition video output, facilitating effective monitoring of blind spots, heightened docking situational awareness, and continuous observation of onboard operations. The capability to display multiple camera feeds simultaneously on your Raymarine Axiom display system provides enhanced operational confidence during vessel maneuvering and transit operations.

Precision Distance Guidance
When paired with any Axiom 2 chartplotter running LightHouse 5, CAM400 can display configurable on-screen distance guidelines to assist with close-quarters maneuvering. Adjust line spacing, and angle to match your vessel and camera installation, creating a more intuitive view when backing into slips, approaching docks, or maneuvering in tight spaces.

Navigate With Augmented Reality
Pair CAM400 with an AR200 Sensor and compatible Raymarine Axiom chartplotter to unlock ClearCruise® Augmented Reality navigation. The CAM400 provides a live video view of your surroundings, while the AR200 supplies precise heading, GPS, and motion data that allows Axiom to overlay AIS targets, waypoints, navigation aids, and chart objects directly onto the camera image. The result is an intuitive real-world view that helps you identify and navigate your surroundings with greater confidence.

Flexible Installation, Clean Integration
Designed to fit seamlessly aboard a wide range of vessels, CAM400 features a compact low-profile design, versatile mounting options, and flexible installation choices. With support for Power over Ethernet (PoE) or direct 12-volt DC power, CAM400 adapts easily to new installations and retrofit projects alike. Whether installed above or below deck, it integrates cleanly into a wide variety of vessel designs and applications.

AR200 Overview
The AR200 is a unique marine sensor and video stabilization module consisting of a GPS (GNSS) receiver and an Attitude and Heading Reference System (AHRS) sensor. The AR200 provides GPS position, compass heading, pitch, and roll data to Axiom chartplotters. Combined with a compatible marine camera, the AR200's video stabilization capabilities enable ClearCruise™ Augmented Reality features available on Axiom chartplotters.

ClearCruise AR Features:

Make Smarter Decisions
See critical navigation objects overlaid on HD video. Surrounding AIS-equipped vessel traffic and charted navigation aids are clearly identified with rich graphics on a live, dynamic video image.

Recognize and Respond to Nearby Marine Traffic
Color-coded labels provide instant identification, status, and risk-assessment Live AIS Targets. ClearCruise AR provides positive identification of AIS equipped vessels on the horizon.

Understand Complex Navigational Situations
Major chart objects are identified for instant, heads-up recognition. ClearCruise AR technology shows you visually where your saved waypoints and marks are located. ClearCruise augmented reality in split screen chart mode

See your waypoints in the real world
Visualize nearby marks and waypoints for easy navigation. ClearCruise AR technology makes it easy to pick out the buoys marking the edges of the safe channel on a hazy day.
