Portable Gear Pump Oil Change Kit - 12V

This portable lube oil change system is designed for the convenience of quick maintenance and easy transport to the service area. The base, with its integral rolled lip, will hang securely on outboard engine cowlings, railings, or on a bulkhead bracket in the engine room, etc.

With their positive displacement pumping mechanism, gear pumps are ideally suited for pumping viscous fluids, like oil.
The reliable GP-311 pump will transfer oil quickly and cleanly. The reversing feature allows fresh, clean oil to be pumped back into the engine with the flick of a switch.

These lighter duty GP-311 series of gear pumps with their 100W motors are best suited for personal or occasional use.
For commercial or technician use, and for pumping heavier weight oils, we recommend the larger 150 Watt, GP-312, versions of this kit.
Note — both the 311 and 312 pumps flow at the same 3.0 gallons per minute.

These GP-311-P series kits come with a flexible dip stick tube which is ideal for engines where the path down the dipstick tube to the oil pan has bends in it. The -PW version comes with both the flexible dipstick tube, as well as a rigid stainless steel wand which is easier to handle and is ideal for engines where the path down the dipstick tube is straight. A unique, and welcome, feature of these Reverso Oil Change Kits is the "hose docking block" located next to the motor. This provides a way to secure the loose ends of the oil transfer hoses when not in use — preventing the dripping and inevitable oil stains and smells common to all other oil change kits that make you ask, "Where am I gonna put this thing?". Being able to secure the loose hose ends like this makes it particularly easy to transport and store the kit.
The dock even has a place to store the brass female garden hose adapter which is supplied with every kit in case your engine is one of those (Mercury, OMC) with a threaded collar on the dip tube.
A sign of quality, all the hoses and dip tubes terminate in brass fittings which screw together - even to the docking block - so you can be assured that every connection is secure and leak proof.
Another unique feature is the integral hook for hanging the unit formed by the rolled end of the Starboard® base.
