This lifeline cover features high-quality cushioning foam. The Velcro runs the entire length of the cover, allowing for easy installation without the need to detach the lifeline. You can connect multiple lifeline covers using the provided Velcro Straps, enabling coverage over an extensive area of the lifeline. Even when utilizing a single lifeline cover, the strap can be employed to secure the end to stanchions or a pulpit. The Velcro incorporated in this lifeline cover is double-layered, consisting of an outer Velcro for attaching the pads and an inner Velcro to maintain the lifeline's position within the central area of the pad. By securing the lifeline with the inner Velcro, and then closing the outer Velcro, the lifeline will consistently remain centered on the pad, allowing for comfortable leaning from any angle.
