Description
Fits 7/8" & 1" diameter round rail, and 1" square rail.
Suited all Scotty post mount rod holders.
Works as the "back side" with #241 Side/Deck Mount and 241L Locking Side/Deck Mount.
The 241 and 242 sandwich the railing between them
The 242 includes 4 stainless steel mounting bolts and 2 grub screws which are tightened against the railing to prevent the mount from rotating. (Make sure the mount is in the desired position before tightening the grub screw, as they will scratch the railing if it is rotated after tightening.)
Note — When using the 242 with a 1" square rail, substitute 1/4 – 20 x 2" round head SS machine screws (not included).
