Available in both 12V and 24V models, the SE80 is a great choice for lower windage boats in the 35 - 48 ft range. The SE80's twin props generate from 176 to 212 lb of thrust (depending on battery charge level) to easily maneuver mid-sized vessels in strong winds and heavy currents. Sleipner's wide range of control panels and remotes allows you to customize the installation to fit each owner's personal specifications.

Selecting an appropriate thruster for your boat depends more on its exposed surface area (windage) than on its displacement. Windage, in turn, is related to the boat's length.
